Mammography CE – On Demand
AHEC has On Demand courses for mammography continuing education. They may be in video format, text format, or a textbook with accompanying post-tests. Continuing education approval agencies require that all continuing education activities that are independent study or On Demand have a post-test. The length of the post-test is determined by the number of hours of credit.
Mammography On Demand Courses:
At the current time AHEC is approving On Demand courses through the American Healthcare Radiology Administrators (AHRA). This organization is accredited by the ARRT to approve continuing education programs.
AHEC's On Demand courses have subject content for digital mammography, analog mammography, patient positioning, supplemental positioning views, fundamentals of mammography, quality control, physics, and other required subject content.
